Future Development - The PHE Improvement Study
The results of this study will be usd by KSC to provide a basis for upgrades that will enhance user operability and safety in future versions of the Propellant Handlers Ensemble or implemented as "drop-in" improvements to the existing Propellant Handlers Ensemble inventory.
