Portable injecting-gun system dispenses predetermined amount of liquid at moderately high pressure. Tool belt holds components of liquid-injecting system. Pump and four-way valve combined in nylon housing. Connected to injecting nozzle and other components by polyvinyl tubing.
Cost reduced, and safety enhanced. Pipe exit partially obstructed by conical throat plug. When pressure in pipe falls below (or rises above) desired back pressure, plug automatically moved in (or out). Applications of system lie in environmental testing or production facilities requiring large gas flows at low pressures.
Soft hammer will not mar or distort work piece. Aluminum casing, made from aluminum tube, reduces flaring and flaking of lead. Lead can be melted out and recast to refurbish hammer when necessary. Hammer would replace plastic, lead, and aluminum soft hammers currently used widely in industry.
