The purpose of this flyer is to illustrate mission impact contributions of the engineering workforce and demonstrate the pivotal nature of LANL engineering using non-traditional, user-relevant metrics to supplement traditional metrics.
The Science Resource Office-Peer Review and Metrics (SRO-PRM) Team hosts and maintains LANL's central repository for Science, Technology, and Engineering (STE) data. The Team tracks, integrates, analyzes, and reports qualitative and quantitative data measuring performance, quality, impact, and productivity. These metrics are indicators of the effectiveness and impact of STE efforts.
