Hot Press Market Study
A study has been conducted to identify vendors for a hot press suitable for meeting program deliverables chiefly to achieve a higher TRL for the material and process. This study identities the high level specifications for the hot press which must be able to produce samples to support both the fabrication method development and fabricate full size components for testing to demonstrate success. Three vendors capable of meeting hot press specifications were contacted and estimates were obtained. A comparison of the equipment was performed and a recommendation is made for equipment acquisition.
