TP89 - SIRZ Decomposition Spectral Estimation (V.1.0)
The purpose of this test plan is to generate and evaluate calibrated system spectral response models for a dual-energy x-ray computed tomography (DECT) scanner. These spectral response models, which represent the energy distribution of photons observed by the detector with no test articles in the beam path, are necessary for spectral decomposition reconstruction techniques such as SIRZ, which are used for precise material characterization.
