Phonon Dispersion Relations and Electron-Phonon Coupling in Iridium

This dataset comprises inelastic neutron scattering measurements of iridium conducted at SNS (ARCS, ITPS-30061) and HFIR (HB-3, TAX, IPTS-25194). ARCS data collected using 50 meV incident energy and include both signal and background files at various temperatures (100 K to 700 K). HB-3 (TAX) measurements span a temperature range from 100 K to 700 K and are organized by run numbers. Background contributions from the sample environment, such as shiver-induced noise, are included for completeness. The details of data description can be found in description.txt.

Supporting Data for "Constraints on magnetism and correlations in RuO2 from lattice dynamics and Mössbauer spectroscopy"

Contents of this DOI are data for the research paper "Constraints on magnetism and correlations in RuO2 from lattice dynamics and Mossbauer spectroscopy" by the authors: George Yumnam, et. al. The dataset contains data from inelastic x-ray scattering measurements of RuO2 single crystals performed at the Advanced Photon Source in Argonne National Lab. This dataset also contains data from inelastic neutron scattering experiments of RuO2 powder performed at the ARCS spectrometer at Spallation Neutron Source at ORNL. Supporting theoretical calculations based on density functional theory with r2SCAN and DFT+U methods is also included in this dataset. Please see the README.txt files for more information of the dataset and file contents. For comments and questions, please contact: George Yumnam (yumnamg@ornl.gov) and/or Raphael P Hermann (hermannrp@ornl.gov)

Neutron powder diffraction, Mossbauer Spectroscopy and Optical Spectroscopy to study magnetic and nuclear lattices in Fe-based oxychlorides Ca2FeO3Cl, Sr2FeO3Cl and Sr3Fe2O5Cl2

Data for Neutron Diffraction, Mossbauer Spectoscopy and Optical Spectroscopy are contained on all three samples (Ca2FeO3Cl, Sr2FeO3Cl, and Sr3Fe2O5Cl2). Mossbauer data are in the folder "MossbauerSpectroscopy". This contains details of files and examples to read the data. The Optical Spectroscopy are in the folder "AbsorptionData", this contains one file with explanatory headers. The neutron diffraction data are in the "NeutronDiffractionData" folder. The data was collected on the HB-2A powder diffractometer at HFIR. The autoreduced files are corrected using a vanadium standard and are in arbitrary intensity units. The RawData folder contains the uncorrected data with metadata for motor positions and temperature. All measurements were collected with a constant neuton wavelength of 2.41 Angstrom. An excel spreadsheet "NeutronDiffractionData_IPTS-29118_summary" contains details for each scan. Sr3Fe2O5Cl2 data were collected at only room temperature. Ca2FeO3Cl and Sr2FeO3Cl data were collected at 4K and room temperature. The autoreduced .dat fileformat is three columns corresponding to: Two-theta, Intensity and Intensity_error.

Inter- and intratetramer vibrations in OsO4 - 5 K

Data contains the inelastic scattering data from runs at SNS instruments VISION and ARCS using 2 g of OsO4 in vanadium can. The empty runs are included. Runs at ARCS used 30, 60 and 180 meV incident energy. Refer to the OsO4_ARCS_datafiles_5K.rtf and OsO4_VIS_datafiles_5K.rtf files for the details on the runs.
