Introduction to the Monte Carlo Method [Slides]
The goal here is to introduce you to the Monte Carlo (MC) method. MC is a very powerful simulation technique. Very simple examples will be used. Potential MC users have diverse backgrounds, but you should see from the examples how the method could be applied to your field of study.
