CRADA Summary Report
The LBNL research staff, in this case, the Northen Lab, is the leader in the field of Nanostructure-Initiator Mass Spectrometry (NIMS) and NIMS-based enzymatic activity and characterization assays. Using their expertise, the NIMS technology and the in house developed NIMS based Glycosyl Hydrolase (GH) activity assay was introduced at Novozymes and important steps were taken to develop a NIMS-based protease assay.
