A compact MOST model for design analysis.

A generalized extension of Kotani's (1970) design analysis model is described that is accurate for a majority of modern MOST structures. The generalized model retains much of the ease of parameter measurement characteristics of the original and enough physical correspondence to accurately represent important steady-state environmental effects, such as those caused by radiation.
