Measuring Pilot Contributions to Safety: Survey Design and Implementation
This is a NASA-intern briefing of work done over the summer as part of Human Contributions to Safety research on resilience. This reports on the process and rationale for developing a survey focusing on pilot reports of their own behavior and the context in which that behavior occurs.
