Methods for Cryopumping Xenon
Design Characteristics of a cryopump optimized for xenon are presented. The cost and complexity of installing and operating these cryopumps is a fraction of the cost and complexity to install and operate diffusions pumps or cryopumps that deliver similar pump speeds on xenon.
