A family ofbis-pyrazolylpyridine ligands represents a versatile entry into [Co 2 ] triple-stranded helicates encapsulating various anionic guests, enabling to study the effects of different factors on the mechanisms of magnetic relaxation of their individual Co(ii) centers.
