Microbial DNA Database and Demonstration
2024 Annual Review meeting talk, "Microbial DNA Database and Demonstration." Description of the NETL's PW DNA Database that will be 1) curated to make it more useable, 20 include metadata linked to each sequencing set, such as qPCR and geochemistry, and 30 allow better filtering and visualization. The database is hosted on KBase so terabytes worth of data can be used directly on the program without having to download it to personal computers.
