LLNL Exascale Computing Facility Modernization (Final Value Engineering Study Report)
A Value Engineering (VE) study, sponsored by the Lawrence Livermore National Security (LLNS) group and facilitated by Value Management Strategies, Inc., was conducted for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) Exascale Computing Facility Modernization (ECFM) project located in Livermore, California. The study was conducted September 25-27, 2018. This Executive Summary provides an overview of the project, key findings, and the results of the VE study.
