Computing Large-Angle Transients In Structures

LATDYN is computer code for calculating large-angle transient dynamics of flexible articulating structures and mechanisms including joints about which members rotate through large angles. Extends and brings together some of aspects of finite-element analysis of structures, dynamics of multiple bodies, and analysis of control systems. Combines significant portions of their distinct capabilities into one analysis software tool. Software consists of three FORTRAN computer programs: LATDYN program, Preprocessor, and Postprocessor. Written in FORTRAN 77.

Software For Generating Graphs And Charts

Common Graphics Library (CGL) computer program designed to enable users to generate graphs and charts of quality sufficient for publication or optical projection. Quickly and easily generates linear, logarithmic, bar, pie, and composite charts. Features of linear charts include automatic scaling, increasing or decreasing numerical axes, and character axes. Features of pie charts include segment labels, exploded segments, and chart keys. One of general features, horizontal or vertical orientation of figures. Written in ANSI FORTRAN 77.

Common Graphics Library (CGL). Volume 2: Low-level user's guide

The intent is to instruct the users of the Low-Level routines of the Common Graphics Library (CGL). The Low-Level routines form an application-independent graphics package enabling the user community to construct and design scientific charts conforming to the publication and/or viewgraph process. The Low-Level routines allow the user to design unique or unusual report-quality charts from a set of graphics utilities. The features of these routines can be used stand-alone or in conjunction with other packages to enhance or augment their capabilities. This library is written in ANSI FORTRAN 77, and currently uses a CORE-based underlying graphics package, and is therefore machine-independent, providing support for centralized and/or distributed computer systems.
