End use assessment is the process of performing a technical evaluation of the stated end use in relation to the requested commodity and the activities of the end user. An end use assessment requires sufficiently detailed information on the procurement request, commodity technical specifications, end use conditions, end user business activities, industry norms and trends, and WMD or delivery system applications of stated end use.
