Planetary, lunar, and cometary studies, overview
Abstract
Recent lunar and planetary oriented satellite missions are reviewed as are in situ measurements of magnetic fields, plasmas, and energetic particles in the earth's environment and in the sun's environment in heliocentric space. The detection of a planetary magnetic field on Mars is reported.
