Shuttle Simulation Turbulence Tapes SSTT users guide
Abstract
A guide for potential users of Shuttle Simulation Turbulence Tapes is presented. It provides an appropriate description of the characteristics of the simulated turbulence stored on the tapes as well as instructions regarding their proper use. The characteristics of the turbulence series, including the spectral shape, cutoff frequencies, and variation of turbulence parameters with altitude, are discussed.
