Maintenance estimation methodology
Abstract
A Rayleigh curve method of projection combined with a modified matrix method to forecast maintenance needs and required staffing levels is used. The curves generated by both methods are differenced to ascertain how much new work can be performed given the staffing live. Actual project data are compared to the projection to validate or modify the process.
