Abstract
Document considers selection of suitable telescope for advanced space laboratory. Analyzes and compares two- and four-mirror telescopes, both practical and structurally similar. Emphasizes analysis of four-mirror telescope systems, since design and performance characteristics of two-mirror telescopes well known. Three-mirror systems not considered.
