Abstract
Advanced Carrier Customer Equipment Support System (ACCESS) is system of electronic communication and data-processing equipment for controlling remote scientific instruments and monitoring readings of instruments via telemetry. Designed to incorporate modular hardware and software making it adapable to other uses (including terrestrial ones) with minimal modifications.
