Turbulence within Boundary Layer Controls Step Pattern Evolution in Crystal Growth
Abstract
Results on step bunching on KDP (101) face growing from turbulent solution flowing at the rate of approx. 1 m/s over the face. Limited step bunch height was found for the first time.
