Toward terahertz MMIC amplifiers: present status and trends
Abstract
In this paper, we present an overview of high frequency Monolithic Millimeter-wave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) amplifiers and discuss the state of the art for low noise amplifiers and power amplifiers.
