Ammonia Line Profiles: On Deviations from the Lorentz Shape
Abstract
The profiles of ammonia lines in the v(sub 2) band appear to have wings which are both super-Lorentzian at distances less than 10/cm from the line center and sub-Lorentzian at much greater distances.
