Abstract
Case studies to demonstrate the value of satellite remotely sensed observations of atmospheric parameters are desirable to demonstrate the utility of the WMO/CEOS/CGMS Climate Architecture, released in 2013. This paper is an initial attempt to show the widespread utility of satellite observations to climate applications in preparation of a Global Framework for Climate Services.
