DET Kaizen Summary [Slides]
Abstract
In October while the process was down for other reasons DET-1 conducted several Kaizens to identify our wastes and show our workforce specific examples of what wastes we struggle with. Our biggest identified wastes were transportation (up to a quarter mile an hour of walking by techs) and inventory (unused equipment).
