Applied Multi-Objective Modelling & Optimization [Slides]
Abstract
Multi-objective modelling and the associated optimization are powerful tools to find solutions to complex applied problems. By finding multiple optimal solutions, we retain flexibility in later potential implementation and may choose tradeoffs from best options. Quantum-inspired and realized quantum annealing systems present interesting avenues in current and future research into the state-of-the-art in optimization.
