Silver-purine MOFs for high-performance multi-terminal neuromorphic memory
Abstract
With porous channels for ion transport, the electronic conductivity of MOFs can be tuned to realize outstanding memory operation and seamlessly integrated into devices emulating complex multi-terminal synaptic responses.
