Uranyl-Tc( vii )/Tc( v ) hybrid clusters
Abstract
Pertechnetate ( 99 Tc VII O 4 − ) and autoreduced 99 Tc(v), species coordinate to UO 2 2+ to form hybrid clusters. These clusters have important implications to understanding technetium chemistry in spent nuclear fuel and legacy wastes.
