Automatic protection switching in an entanglement-based quantum network
Abstract
We demonstrate multihop two-qubit entanglement distribution in a reconfigurable quantum network over deployed fiber. Using quantum-compatible software-defined networking, we distribute entanglement across six nodes in three buildings, with adaptive link recovery mitigating transmission disruptions.
