ฮฉ 3โข๐‘ โข๐‘โข๐‘ and ฮฉ 3โข๐‘ โขฮฉ 3โข๐‘ โข๐‘ systems with HAL QCD potentials

Abstract

Here, this study employs the Faddeev formalism in configuration space to investigate the ฮฉ 3โข๐‘ โข๐‘โข๐‘ cluster containing a triply charmed Omega baryon (ฮฉ 3โข๐‘ ). Using the recently reported HAL QCD ๐‘†-wave ฮฉ 3โข๐‘ โข๐‘ potentials in the 3 ๐‘† 1 and 5 ๐‘† 2 channels, together with the MT-Iโ€“III nucleon-nucleon potential and neglecting the Coulomb force, we find no bound state for the ฮฉ 3โข๐‘ โข๐‘›โข๐‘ system. We predict near-threshold resonances in the ๐ฝ ๐œ‹ =5/2 + (maximal total spin) and ๐ฝ ๐œ‹ =1/2 + (minimal total spin) states, with resonance energies of 1.1 MeV below and 0.0 MeV at the three-body breakup threshold, respectively, at Euclidean time ๐‘ก/๐‘Ž =16. A similar analysis of the ฮฉ 3โข๐‘โข ฮฉ 3โข๐‘โข ๐‘ system likewise reveals no bound states, though a possible resonance is indicated.

Threshold photoproduction of ๐ฝ/ฮจ off light nuclei

Here, we analyze threshold photoproduction of heavy mesons off a deuteron and helium-4, using the QCD factorization method. Assuming large skewness, the production amplitude is dominated by the leading twist-2 gluonic energy-momentum tensor. We use our recent results for the gluonic gravitational form factors of light nuclei in the impulse approximation, to estimate the differential cross sections for ๐ฝ/ฮจ production off a deuteron and helium-4 at current electron facilities.
