Exploring the Potential of Solid-state H2 Storage for Fuel Cell Vessels
Abstract
This is a ~ 7 minute oral poster talk which is meant to briefly tell the audience about the subject of a poster, and then direct them to the poster itself. It describes a new project to investigate if storing hydrogen in a metal hydride enables a "shape optimized" hull conforming hydrogen tank that can be placed in the hull of a ship, increasing the amount of hydrogen that can be stored on emerging H2 Fuel Cell vessels. it is for the 2025 Hydrogen Metal Systems Gordon Research Conference.
