Continuous-Time Models for Longitudinal Data

Abstract

This software is used to estimate a probabilistic continuous-time model from data. The models capture nonlinear associations between variables that change over time. They can be used to infer future values of variables. These tools were used in the manuscript entitled "Continuous-Time Probabilistic Models for Longitudinal Electronic Health Records."
