Abstract
The software contains only one perl script that take advantage of a module published 8 years ago from the public domain (https://github.com/dongyingwu/TreeOTU) . It take a phylogenetic tree, and select a give number (user defined) of taxa that represent the maximize phylogenetic diversity from the tree.
