Predicting 2CS protein pairs with Deep Learning

Abstract

Neural network was trained on the amino acid sequences of known two-component systems (2CS) pairs. The recommender algorithm uses learned model to select the most likely 2CS pair from an arbitrary set of protein pairs whose amino acid sequences are known.
