Verdict
Abstract
The Verdict code verifies the correctness of a finite element mesh stored in the Exodus II fine format. Verdict calculates multiple quality metrics for each individual element, verifies local and global connectivity, analyzes interfaces between element blocks, predicts the probability topology of the mesh, and prints out any problems discovered. SAND2019-7026 M Sandia National Laboratories is a multimission laboratory managed and operated by National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Honeywell International Inc., for the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration under contract DE-NA0003525.
