Abstract
SAND2021-6830 O Capp is a minimal package manager that supports the dependencies of one application. Its value in comparison to other package managers is its high portability across operating systems and its simplicity and usability for High Performance Computing (HPC) programmers. Sandia National Laboratories is a multimission laboratory managed and operated by National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Honeywell International Inc., for the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration under contract DE-NA0003525.
