Abstract
MTS manager for retrieving files from MyEMSL; The MyEMSL MTS File Cache Manager is a part of PRISM, the Proteomics Research Information and Management System. The software processes the MyEMSL Download Queue in the Mass and Time Tag System (MTS) to download files required for processing.
