Orbiting Lunar Station feasibility and definition - Configuration and systems analysis
This report presents an overview of IAA VLBI Analysis Center activities during 2012 and the plans for the coming year.
The strength analysis report for FRR shall include only revisions to update the strength analysis reports for the flight design configuration. Since there have been no revisions to the design configuration since the PDR and the CDR this report shall consist of re-submitting the analysis previously performed. In addition the motors have been subjected to Sine vibration, Random vibration, and shock per the SXI specification. Both motor/encoders have passed all three tests. There was no evidence of damage to the motor/encoder and the motor/encoder performed as required by the Acceptance test procedure. No degradation was seen between the before and after performance tests. The testing verified the analysis that there were adequate mf@ty margins with regard to structural integrity. Separate reports are available from the test facility and are apart of the FRR submittal.
Marshall Space Flight Center computer and data processing system workload analysis
This report describes the activities of the JPL VLBI Analysis Center for the year 2012. The highlight of the year was the successful MSL rover Mars landing, which was supported by VLBI-based navigation using our combined spacecraft, celestial reference frame, terrestrial reference frame, earth orientation, and planetary ephemeris VLBI systems. We also supported several other missions with VLBI navigation measurements. A combined NASA-ESA network was demonstrated with first Ka-band fringes to ESA's Malargue, Argentina 35 m. We achieved first fringes with our new digital back end and Mark 5C recorders.
This report presents an overview of the SAI VLBI Analysis Center activities during 2012 and the plans for 2013. The SAI AC analyzes all IVS sessions for computations of the Earth orientation parameters (EOP) and time series of the ICRF source positions and performs research and software development aimed at improving the VLBI technique.

The Scripps Orbit and Permanent Array Center (SOPAC) at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO) has been producing precise satellite orbits, Earth Orientation Parameters, and station positions since 1991 when the Permanent GPS Geodetic Array (PGGA) project was initiated in southern California. SOPAC has been an analysis center from the inception of IGS. This report covers the activities between 2000 and 2002, and will focus on SOPAC s GPS analysis strategy, changes in the software/procedure, and a review of some of the results.
