This 2-year work plan provides a roadmap for activities the IWG and other stakeholders will undertake between 2025 and 2027. Members of the IWG Steering Committee (SC) are responsible to (1) engage the broader insider threat mitigation community of practice to inform and promote work plan activities, (2) track progress towards goals, and (3) provide updates to the IWG at regular intervals. This work plan is a living document and will be updated periodically to assess progress towards goals and will be revised as needed to address emergent and exigent areas of concern identified by the IWG.
The following working objectives were adopted: (1) define the current state of knowledge concerning the role of multispectral imaging science in hydrology; (2) identify critical areas where gaps in our knowledge limit opportunities for significant improvements in our understanding of the hydrologic processes; (3) evaluate the potential of multispectral imaging sciences as tools to close these gaps in knowledge; and (4) develop guidelines for a series of remote-sensing-based experiments that would help close these gaps in knowledge and, thereby, provide man with the improved scientific base necessary for better utilization of the world's water resource. The resulting documentation is intended to provide guidance for multispectral imaging programs in the hydrologic sciences with special emphasis on the visible and infrared (IR) wavelengths.

The workshop was designed to assess the current status of Terra data distribution and identify immediate and foreseeable obstacles to meeting user data needs, and to identify critical needs and areas for improvement and approaches for new development.
Details are presented on the mission planning progress in each of the working paper reports. The general topics covered are the following: space technology; materials processing and space manufacturing; communications and navigation; earth and ocean physics; oceanography; earth resources and surface environmental quality; meteorology and atmospheric environmental quality; life sciences; atmospheric and space physics; solar physics; high energy cosmic rays; X-ray and gamma ray astronomy; ultraviolet-optical astronomy; planetary astronomy; and infrared astronomy.
The CERES Fast Longwave and SHortwave radiative Flux working provides low latency data products from the CERES measurements within about 5-6 days of real time. This presentation reviews progress made toward evaluating the current data products and shows some examples of users daily averaged data products. Since the last CERES Science Team meeting the FLASHFlux group has updated it's production to use the GEOS-IT reanalysis from the GMAO. In this presentation the comparisons to surface surface measurements are made through December 2023 constrasting old and new versions for the SSF and TISA products. Also, we provide an update on activities to replace the footprint fluxes and also update our current gridded global products with GEO observations. Lastly, present update plans for the next 6-9 months.
The CERES Fast Longwave and SHortwave radiative Flux working provides low latency data products from the CERES measurements within about 5-6 days of real time. This presentation reviews progress made toward evaluating the current data products and shows some examples of users for the instantaneous and daily averaged data products. In this presentation the comparisons to surface surface measurements are made through June 2023. Also, we preview some new results for replacing current algorithms with neural net model trained on the new CERES CRS data products. Lastly, present update plans for the next 9 months.
Chairperson's Address: General summary regarding the impacts of COVID-19 on the work of the ITWG during its 25th anniversary. The ITWG meeting is delayed from June 2020 to November 2020.
GEO is an international partnership of more than 100 national governments, 100 Participating Organizations and multiple Associate members working towards a future where decisions and actions for the benefit of humankind are informed by coordinated, comprehensive and sustained Earth observations.
Heat rejection system requirements of specific mission types (space station, planetary exploration, commercial, very high power, and military missions) are discussed. Heat pipe radiators, weight and volume reduction, stable coatings, and working fluids are addressed.
Undersampling is sometimes used in order to save memory and reducing digitizing speed requirements for pyroshock data. Many interpolation techniques have been used to estimate the missing peaks due undersampling. The more exotic techniques may not work well when real data that contains noise is used as an input. Various peak interpolation techniques will be evaluated using noisy data in this presentation.
