Contractor data management system for Voyager project
Archival reports on developments in programs managed by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory's (JPL) Office of Telecommunications and Data Acquisition (TDA) are given. Space communications, radio navigation, radio science, and ground-based radio and radar astronomy, activities of the Deep Space Network (DSN) and its associated Ground Communications Facility (GCF) in planning, supporting research and technology, implementation, and operations are reported. Also included is TDA-funded activity at JPL on data and information systems and reimbursable Deep Space Network (DSN) work performed for other space agencies through NASA.
Archival reports on developments in programs managed by JPL's Office of Telecommunications and Data Acquisition (TDA) are provided. Activities of the Deep Space Network (DSN) in space communications, radio navigation, radio science, and ground-based radio astronomy are reported. Also included are the plans, supporting research and technology, implementation and operations for the Ground Communications Facility (GCF). In geodynamics, the publication reports on the application of radio interferometry at microwave frequencies for geodynamic measurements. In the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI), it reports on implementation and operations for searching the microwave spectrum.

Archival reports on developments in programs managed by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory's (JPL's) Office of Telecommunications and Data Acquisition (TDA) are published in the TDA Progress Report. In the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI), the TDA Progress Report reports on implementation and operations for searching the microwave spectrum. In solar system radar, it reports on the uses of the Goldstone Solar System Radar for scientific exploration of the planets, their rings and satellites, asteroids, and comets. In radio astronomy, the areas of support include spectroscopy, very long baseline interferometry, and astrometry. These three programs are performed for NASA's Office of Space Science and Applications (OSSA), with the Office of Space Operations funding DSN operational support.

Relative rate experimental data are used to derive rate constants and temperature dependencies of the reactions of OH with several halocarbons. Rate constants for additional similar compounds are estimated. The experimental data, estimated data, and previously reported data are used to illustrate the effects of F, CL and Br substitution on OH rate constants for a series of 19 halomethanes and 25 haloethanes, as well as some higher HFCs.
This report summarizes activities for the year 2000 and future plans of the Crustal Dynamics Data Information System (CDDIS) with respect to the International Very Long Base Interferometry (VLBI) Service for Geodesy and Astrometry (IVS). Included in this report are background information about the CDDIS, the computer architecture, staffing supporting the system, archive contents, and future plans for the CDDIS within the IVS.

The U.S. Department of Energy’s Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) User Facility operates an X-band Scanning ARM Precipitation Radar (XSAPR) at the North Slope of Alaska (NSA) atmospheric observatory in Utqiaġvik. This radar provides year-round dual-polarization measurements of snow and ice in an arctic environment. Over the past few years, there has been greater focus on the NSA XSAPR, and recent efforts by ARM staff have resulted in quality-controlled, b-level data (Rocque et al. 2026b). This report outlines the processing of the second set of b-level data released for this radar from May 2025 through April 2026 following similar methods from Rocque et al. (2026b).
This report describes the specimen loading order and documents all preirradiation examination material property measurement data for graphite specimens contained within the Second Advanced Graphite Capsule (AGC 2) irradiation capsule. The AGC 2 capsule is the second in six planned irradiation capsules comprising the Advanced Graphite Creep (AGC) test series. The AGC test series is used to irradiate graphite specimens in order to garner quantitative data necessary for predicting the irradiation behavior and operating performance of new nuclear grade graphites. This testing will ascertain the in service behavior of the graphite for pebble bed and prismatic very high temperature reactor designs. Similar to the First Advanced Graphite Capsule (AGC 1) preirradiation examination report, material property tests were conducted on specimens from 18 nuclear grade graphite types. However, AGC 2 tested an increased number of specimens (i.e., 512) prior to loading them into the AGC 2 irradiation assembly. All AGC 2 specimen testing was conducted at Idaho National Laboratory from July 2009 to August 2010. This report also details the specimen loading methodology for graphite specimens inside the AGC 2 irradiation capsule. The AGC 2 capsule design requires “matched pair” creep specimens that have similar dose levels above and below the neutron flux profile mid plane. This provides similar specimens with and without an applied load. Analysis in this document utilizes the neutron flux profile calculated for the AGC 2 capsule design, the capsule dimensions, and the size (i.e., length) of the selected graphite specimens to create a stacking order that produces “matched pairs” of graphite specimens above and below the AGC 2 capsule elevation mid point, thus providing specimens with similar neutron dose levels.
This dataset provides the output of six Wave Energy Converter Simulator (WEC-Sim) simulations and accompanying documentation for the modeling of Triton Systems' oscillating water column (OWC) system at tank scale (validated using available data for tuning the model, Tests 1-2) and deployment scale (for which no validation data is available, Tests 4-6). Included are the output data in a MATLAB file structure, a comprehensive report on the modeling and design of the Triton OWC system, and a link to the WEC-Sim GitHub page. This work was supported by funding from TEAMER RFTS 5 (Request for Technical Support).
