The cover letter and enclosure provide the Endorsement SM-GOV Analytical Results Summary Table for the ABCWUA split sampling activities that occurred January 22, 2019, through January 29, 2019.
This letter represents the five-day written notification for elevated fluoride levels at the Building 858N, Acid Waste Neutralization (AWN) System in accordance with the ABCWUA Sewer Use and Wastewater Ordinance § 3-6-5(B), Reports of Potential Problems. This AWN System is covered under the ABCWUA Industrial Wastewater Permit No. 2069G. The immediate notification to the ABCWUA occurred at 21:42 on August 1, 2019.

The exploitation of radio frequency (RF) signals from Low Earth Orbit (LEO) communication satellites for the purposes of navigation is an active field of research. In this alternative navigation system, navigation observables are passively extracted from existing RF signals. Because these signals are not designed for navigation purposes and often have proprietary signal structures that are unknown to the receiver, they lack much of the information required for navigation systems or such information is unavailable to the receiver.
On 4/14/2026, the surveillance team leader accompanied the LANL NNSS Waste Certification Program's alternate waste certification official (AWCO) to TA-03 Building 102 northeast end to observe NNSS shipment #LAL26029 to NNSS for disposal.

Methods and systems of performing feed forward equalization (FFE) on data streams are described. A circuitry may generate staggered data streams from data streams of an input signal. The staggered data streams may include data in staggered unit intervals. The circuitry may include a plurality of segments. A segment may define a specific unit interval to carve the staggered data streams into one unit interval pulses positioned at the specific unit interval. The specific unit interval to carve the staggered data streams may indicate an assignment of the segment as one of a FFE pre tap, a FFE main tap, and a FFE post tap. The plurality of segments may be assigned to different FFE taps based on different clock signal selection defining different unit intervals to perform the carving. The plurality of segments may output respective one unit interval pulses to reproduce the input signal.
