$K^{*}(892)^0$ production and the time between freeze-outs in $^{40}$Ar+$^{45}$Sc collisions by NA61/SHINE at the CERN SPS

The analysis of the production of strange $K^{*}(892)^0$ resonances allows us to better understand the temporal evolution of high-energy nucleus--nucleus collisions. In particular, the ratio of $K^{*}(892)^0$ to charged kaon yields is used to determine the time interval between chemical and kinetic freeze-outs. In this paper, the first measurements of $K^{*}(892)^0$ production in central $^{40}$Ar+$^{45}$Sc collisions at the CERN Super Proton Synchrotron are reported. They were performed by NA61/SHINE at collision center-of-mass energies per nucleon pair $\sqrt{s_\mathrm{NN}}$ = 8.8, 11.9, 16.8 GeV. The obtained $\langle K^{*}(892)^0 \rangle/\langle K^{+} \rangle $ and $\langle K^{*}(892)^0 \rangle/\langle K^{-} \rangle$ mean multiplicity ratios are compared with corresponding results in $p$+$p$ collisions, allowing for an estimate of the time interval between chemical and thermal freeze-outs in the $^{40}$Ar+$^{45}$Sc system. These are the first such results reported for $^{40}$Ar+$^{45}$Sc collisions.

Efficient generation and extreme compression of multidimensional solitary states in molecular gas-filled hollow-core fibers driven by picosecond Yb lasers

We present an in-depth study on the impact of spatiotemporal Raman enhancement in molecular gas-filled hollow-core fibers (HCFs), demonstrating the efficient generation and post-compression of multidimensional solitary states (MDSS). Through different experimental scenarios—employing large-core HCFs filled with molecular gases (N 2 and N 2 O) and driven by high energy, sub-picosecond and picosecond Fourier transform-limited ytterbium laser pulses—this work leverages multimode propagation and enhanced spatiotemporal interactions to achieve significant spectral broadening and asymmetric redshift, contrasting sharply with self-phase modulation. Our findings reveal that, beyond the regime of maximum nonadiabatic molecular alignment, spatiotemporal nonlinear enhancement primarily governs spectral broadening for input pulse durations up to 1 ps. The process shows limited sensitivity to input pulse duration and the two investigated molecular gases (N 2 and N 2 O), with only subtle differences in broadening arising from their distinct Raman spectroscopic properties. Furthermore, post-compression of MDSS was achieved in various cases. Notably, using 7 mJ, 1 ps laser pulses, we generated 22 fs pulses with a 47% energy conversion efficiency of the input pulse energy. These results position MDSS as a powerful platform for generating high-energy, ultrashort pulses with tunable wavelengths, offering a robust solution for applications such as high harmonic generation.

Interplay of superconducting, metallic, and crystalline states of composite fermions at 𝜈 = $\frac{1}{6}$ in wide quantum wells

Evidence for developing fractional quantum Hall effect (FQHE) at filling fraction 𝜈 = 1/6 and 1/8 was recently reported in wide GaAs quantum wells [Wang et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 134, 046502 (2025)]. In this article, we theoretically investigate the nature of the state at 𝜈 = 1/6 as a function of the quantum well width and the density by considering composite-fermion (CF) crystals, CF Fermi sea, and various kinds of paired CF states. The 𝑓-wave paired state has the lowest energy among the paired CF states. However, for parameters of interest, the energies of the CF crystal, the CF Fermi liquid, and the 𝑓-wave paired CF state are too close to distinguish. We, therefore, predict that 𝑖𝑓 the FQHE at 𝜈 = 1/6 is experimentally confirmed, this state would be an 𝑓-wave paired state of CFs, which can be verified by measurement of its thermal Hall conductance. Exact diagonalization studies on clean systems with up to eight electrons show that the ground states at 𝜈 = 𝑛/(6⁢𝑛 ± 1) are incompressible for all widths and densities we have considered, and are well described by the corresponding Laughlin and Jain states. We propose a phase diagram for large quantum well widths and densities in which at zero disorder, incompressible FQHE states are stabilized at 𝜈 = 𝑛/(6⁢𝑛 ± 1) and 𝜈 = 1/6, but in between these fillings the CF crystal is stabilized. We also present a qualitative discussion on the effects of disorder and propose a schematic phase diagram based on it. With disorder, which creates a spatial variation in the filling factor, two regimes are identified: (i) for small disorder, when the incompressible states percolate at the special fillings, FQHE with quantized Hall plateaus and vanishing longitudinal resistance should occur; and (ii) for larger disorder, when the CF crystal percolates, the longitudinal resistance rises with decreasing temperature but the domains of FQHE liquid produce minima at the special filling factors. Here, experiments are consistent with the latter scenario. We also mention a possible connection of the phase diagram presented here to a puzzling behavior observed for the fractional quantum anomalous Hall effect in pentalayer graphene.

Measurements of higher-order cumulants of multiplicity and net-electric charge distributions in inelastic proton-proton interactions by NA61/SHINE

This paper presents the energy dependence of multiplicity and net-electric charge fluctuations in p+p interactions at beam momenta 20, 31, 40, 80, and 158 \(\text{ Ge }\hspace{-1.00006pt}\text{ V }\!/\!c\). Results are corrected for the experimental biases and quantified with the use of cumulants and factorial cumulants. Cumulant ratios are an essential tool in the search for the critical point of strongly interacting matter in heavy ion collisions. Measurements performed in p+p interactions provide a vital baseline estimation in these studies. The measured signals are compared with the string hadronic models Epos1.99 and FTFP-BERT.

Visualizing the impact of quenched disorder on 2D electron Wigner solids

Electron Wigner solids (WSs) provide an ideal system for understanding the competing effects of electron–electron and electron–disorder interactions, a central unsolved problem in condensed matter physics. Progress in this topic has been limited by a lack of single-defect-resolved experimental measurements as well as accurate theoretical tools to enable realistic experiment/theory comparison. Here, in this study, we overcome these limitations by combining atomically resolved scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) with neural-quantum-state quantum Monte Carlo (NQS-QMC) simulation of disordered 2D electron WSs to discover new disorder-induced physical regimes of correlated electron behaviour. STM was used to image the electron density (n e )-dependent evolution of electron WSs in gate-tunable bilayer MoSe 2 (BL-MoSe 2 ) devices with varying long-range (n LR ) and short-range (n SR ) disorder densities. These images were compared with NQS-QMC simulations using realistic disorder maps extracted from experiment, thus allowing the roles of different disorder types to be disentangled. We identify two distinct physical regimes for disordered electron WSs that depend on n SR . For n SR ≲ n e , the WS behaviour is dominated by long-range disorder and features extensive mixed solid–liquid phases, a new type of local re-entrant melting/crystallization and prominent Friedel oscillations. By contrast, when n SR ≫ n e , these features are suppressed and a more robust amorphous WS phase emerges that persists to higher n e , highlighting the importance of short-range disorder in this regime. Our work establishes a powerful framework for studying disordered quantum solids through a combined experimental–theoretical approach.

Proposal from the NA61/SHINE Collaboration for update of European Strategy for Particle Physics

Building on the current program's success and driven by new physics challenges, the NA61/SHINE Collaboration proposes to continue measuring hadron production properties in reactions induced by hadron and ion beams after CERN Long Shutdown 3. These measurements are of significant interest to the heavy-ion, cosmic-ray, and neutrino physics communities and will focus on: - Investigating hadron production in the light-ion systems to explore the diagram of high-energy nuclear collisions, and to obtain new insight into the unexpected violation of isospin (flavor) symmetry recently observed by the experiment; - Measuring charm-anticharm correlations to gain unique insights into the production locality of charm and anticharm quark pairs; - Examining strangeness and multi-strangeness production to improve our understanding of the early Universe's evolution and neutron star formation; - Measuring cross sections relevant for cosmic-ray measurements, significantly boosting searches for new physics in our Galaxy; - Conducting hadron production measurements with proton, pion, and kaon beams for neutrino physics, enhancing the precision of hadron production data needed for initial neutrino flux predictions in neutrino oscillation experiments; - Measuring hadron production processes relevant for understanding the flux of atmospheric neutrinos, as well as neutrinos and muons from spallation sources. To achieve these objectives, a detector upgrade and a beam upgrade are required, with data-taking planned for the period 2029-2032 and beyond.

Measurements at forward rapidity of elliptic flow of charged hadrons and open-heavy-flavor muons in Au + Au collisions at $\sqrt{𝑠_{𝑁⁢𝑁}}$ = 200 GeV

Here, we present the first forward-rapidity measurements of elliptic anisotropy of open-heavy-flavor muons at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider. The measurements are based on data samples of Au + Au collisions at $\sqrt{𝑠_{𝑁⁢𝑁}}$ = 200 GeV collected by the PHENIX experiment in 2014 and 2016 with integrated luminosity of 14.5 nb −1 . The measurements are performed in the pseudorapidity range 1.2 < |𝜂| < 2 and cover transverse momenta 1< 𝑝 𝑇 < 4 GeV/𝑐. The elliptic flow of charged hadrons as a function of transverse momentum is also measured in the same kinematic range. We observe significant elliptic flow for both charged hadrons and heavy-flavor muons. The results show clear mass ordering of elliptic flow of light- and heavy-flavor particles. The magnitude of the measured 𝑣 2 is comparable to that in the midrapidity region. This indicates that there is no strong longitudinal dependence in the quark-gluon-plasma evolution between midrapidity and the rapidity range of this measurement at $\sqrt{𝑠_{𝑁⁢𝑁}}$ = 200 GeV.

Measurement of ω meson production in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV

The p T -differential cross section of ω meson production in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ =13 TeV at midrapidity (|y| < 0.5) was measured with the ALICE detector at the LHC, covering an unprecedented transverse-momentum range of 1.6 < p T < 50 GeV/c. The meson is reconstructed via the ω → π + π − π 0 decay channel. The results are compared with various theoretical calculations: PYTHIA8.2 with the Monash 2013 tune overestimates the data by up to 50%, whereas good agreement is observed with Next-to-Leading Order (NLO) calculations incorporating ω fragmentation using a broken SU(3) model. The ω/π 0 ratio is presented and compared with theoretical calculations and the available measurements at lower collision energies. The presented data triples the p T ranges of previously available measurements. A constant ratio of C ω/π0 = 0.578 ± 0.006 (stat.) ± 0.013 (syst.) is found above a transverse momentum of 4 GeV/c, which is in agreement with previous findings at lower collision energies within the systematic and statistical uncertainties.

Charged-particle multiplicity distributions over a wide pseudorapidity range in p–Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV

This paper presents the primary charged-particle multiplicity distributions in proton–lead collisions at a centre-of-mass energy per nucleon–nucleon collision of $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV. The distributions are reported for non-single diffractive collisions in different pseudorapidity ranges. The measurements are performed using the combined information from the Silicon Pixel Detector and the Forward Multiplicity Detector of ALICE. The multiplicity distributions are parametrised with a double negative binomial distribution function which provides satisfactory descriptions of the distributions for all the studied pseudorapidity intervals. The data are compared to models and analyzed quantitatively, evaluating the first four moments (mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis). The shape evolution of the measured multiplicity distributions is studied in terms of KNO variables and it is found that none of the considered models reproduces the measurements. This paper also reports on the average charged-particle multiplicity, normalised by the average number of participating nucleon pairs, as a function of the collision energy. The multiplicity results are then compared to measurements made in proton–proton and nucleus–nucleus collisions across a wide range of collision energies.

First observation of strange baryon enhancement with effective energy in pp collisions at the LHC

The production of (multi-)strange hadrons is measured at midrapidity in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV as a function of the local charged-particle multiplicity in the pseudorapidity interval |η| < 0.5 and of the very-forward energy measured by the ALICE Zero-Degree Calorimeters. The latter provides information on the effective energy, i.e. the energy available for particle production in the collision once subtracted from the centre-of-mass energy. The yields of K$^{0}_{s}$, $Λ$ + $\overline{Λ}$, and $Ξ$ – + $\overline{Ξ}$ + per charged-particle increase with the effective energy. In addition, this work exploits a multi-differential approach to decouple the roles of local multiplicity and effective energy in such an enhancement. The results presented in this article provide new insights into the interplay between global properties of the collision, such as the initial available energy in the event, and the locally produced final hadronic state, connected to the charged-particle multiplicity at midrapidity. Notably, a strong increase of strange baryon production with effective energy is observed for fixed charged-particle multiplicity at midrapidity. These results are discussed within the context of existing phenomenological models of hadronisation implemented in different tunes of the PYTHIA 8 event generator.

Measurement of the inclusive isolated-photon production cross section in pp collisions at $\mathbf {\sqrt{\textit{s}}=13}$ TeV

The production cross section of inclusive isolated photons has been measured by the ALICE experiment at the CERN LHC in pp collisions at centre-of-momentum energy of $\mathbf {\sqrt{\textit{s}}=13}$ TeV collected during the LHC Run 2 data-taking period. The measurement is performed by combining the measurements of the electromagnetic calorimeter EMCal and the central tracking detectors ITS and TPC, covering a pseudorapidity range of and a transverse momentum range of |η γ | < 0.67 and a transverse momentum range 7 < p$^{γ}_{T}$ < 200 GeV/c. The result extends to lower p$^{γ}_{T}$ and x$^{γ}_{T}$ = 2p$^{γ}_{T}$/$\sqrt{s}$ ranges, the lowest x$^{γ}_{T}$ of any isolated photon measurements to date, extending significantly those measured by the ATLAS and CMS experiments towards lower p$^{γ}_{T}$ at the same collision energy with a small overlap between the measurements. The measurement is compared with next-to-leading order perturbative QCD calculations and the results from the ATLAS and CMS experiments as well as with measurements at other collision energies. The measurement and theory prediction are in agreement with each other within the experimental and theoretical uncertainties.

Measurement of isolated prompt photon production in pp and p–Pb collisions at the LHC

This paper presents the measurement of the isolated prompt photon inclusive production cross section in pp and p–Pb collisions by the ALICE Collaboration at the LHC. The measurement is performed in p–Pb collisions at centre-of-mass energies per nucleon pair of $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 5.02 Te and 8.16 TeV, as well as in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 5.02 TeV and 8 TeV. The cross section is obtained at midrapidity (|γ| < 0.7) using a charged-track based isolation momentum p$^{iso,~ch}_{T}$ < 1.5 GeV/c in a cone with radius R = 0.4. The data for both collision systems are well reproduced by perturbative QCD (pQCD) calculations at next-to-leading order (NLO) using recent parton distribution functions for free (PDF) and bound (nPDF) nucleons. Furthermore, the nuclear modification factor R pA for both collision energies is consistent with unity for p T > 20 GeV/c. However, deviations from unity (R pA < 1) of up to 20% are observed for p T < 20 GeV/c with limited significance, indicating the possible presence of nuclear effects in the initial state of the collision.

Dark Energy Survey Year 6 Results: Cosmological Constraints from Galaxy Clustering and Weak Lensing

We present cosmology results combining galaxy clustering and weak gravitational lensing measured in the full six years (Y6) of observations by the Dark Energy Survey (DES) covering $\sim$5000 deg$^2$. We perform a large-scale structure analysis using three two-point correlation functions (3$\times$2pt): (i) cosmic shear from 140 million source galaxy shapes, (ii) galaxy clustering of 9 million lens galaxy positions, and (iii) galaxy-galaxy lensing from their cross-correlation. We model the data in flat $Λ$CDM and $w$CDM cosmologies. The combined analysis yields $S_8\equiv σ_8 (Ω_{\rm m}/0.3)^{0.5} = 0.789^{+0.012}_{-0.012}$ and matter density $Ω_{\rm m} = 0.333^{+0.023}_{-0.028}$ in $Λ$CDM (68% CL), where $σ_8$ is the clustering amplitude. These constraints show a (full-space) parameter difference of 1.8$σ$ from a combination of cosmic microwave background (CMB) primary anisotropy datasets from Planck 2018, ACT-DR6, and SPT-3G DR1. Projected only into $S_8$ the difference is $2.6σ$. In $w$CDM the Y6 3$\times$2pt results yield $S_8 = 0.782^{+0.021}_{-0.020}$, $Ω_{\rm m} = 0.325^{+0.032}_{-0.035}$, and dark energy equation-of-state parameter $w = -1.12^{+0.26}_{-0.20}$. For the first time, we combine all DES dark-energy probes: 3$\times$2pt, SNe Ia, BAO and Clusters. In $Λ$CDM this combination yields a $2.8σ$ parameter difference from the CMB. When combining DES 3$\times$2pt with other low-redshift datasets (DESI DR2 BAO, DES SNe Ia, SPT clusters), we find a 2.3$σ$ parameter difference with CMB. A joint fit of Y6 3$\times$2pt, CMB, and those low-redshift datasets produces the tightest $Λ$CDM constraints to date: $S_8 = 0.806^{+0.006}_{-0.007}$, $Ω_{\rm m} = 0.302^{+0.003}_{-0.003}$, $h = 0.683^{+0.003}_{-0.002}$, and $\sum m_ν< 0.14$ eV (95% CL). In $w$CDM, this combination yields $w = -0.981^{+0.021}_{-0.022}$.

First measurement of 𝐷 𝑠⁢1 ⁡(1 + )⁢(2536) + and 𝐷$^{*}_{𝑠⁢2}$⁡(2 + )⁢(2573) + production in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV at the LHC

The production yields of the orbitally excited charm-strange mesons D s⁢1 ⁡(1 + )⁢(2536)+ and 𝐷$^{*}_{𝑠⁢2}$⁡(2 + )⁢(2573) + were measured for the first time in proton-proton (pp) collisions at a center-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}$ =13 TeV with the ALICE experiment at the LHC. The D$^{+}_{s⁢1}$ and D$^{*+}_{s⁢2}$ mesons were measured at midrapidity (|𝑦| < 0.5) in minimum-bias and high-multiplicity pp collisions in the transverse-momentum interval 2< 𝑝 T < 24 GeV/𝑐. Their production yields relative to the D$^{+}_{s}$ ground-state yield were found to be compatible between minimum-bias and high-multiplicity collisions, as well as with previous measurements in e ± ⁢p and e + ⁢e − collisions. The measured D$^{+}_{s⁢1}$/D$^{+}_{s}$ and D$^{*+}_{s⁢2}$/D$^{+}_{s}$ yield ratios are described by statistical hadronization models and can be used to tune the parameters governing the production of excited charm-strange hadrons in Monte Carlo generators, such as pythia 8.

System size and energy dependence of the mean transverse momentum fluctuations at the LHC

Event-by-event fluctuations of the event-wise mean transverse momentum, $\langle$p T $\rangle$, of charged particles produced in proton–proton (pp) collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 5.02 TeV, Xe–Xe collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 5.44 TeV, and Pb–Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV are studied using the ALICE detector based on the integral correlator $\langle$$\langle$Δp T Δp T $\rangle$$\rangle$. The correlator strength is found to decrease monotonically with increasing produced charged-particle multiplicity measured at midrapidity in all three systems. In Xe–Xe and Pb–Pb collisions, the multiplicity dependence of the correlator deviates significantly from a simple power-law scaling as well as from the predictions of the HIJING and AMPT models. The observed deviation from power-law scaling is expected from transverse radial flow in semicentral to central Xe–Xe and Pb–Pb collisions. In pp collisions, the correlation strength is also studied by classifying the events based on the transverse spherocity, S 0 , of the particle production at midrapidity, used as a proxy for the presence of a pronounced back-to-back jet topology. Low-spherocity (jetty) events feature a larger correlation strength than those with high spherocity (isotropic). The strength and multiplicity dependence of jetty and isotropic events are well reproduced by calculations with the PYTHIA 8 and EPOS LHC models.

J/ ψ -hadron correlations at midrapidity in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV

We report on the measurement of inclusive, non-prompt, and prompt J/ψ-hadron correlations by the ALICE Collaboration at the CERN Large Hadron Collider in pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The correlations are studied at midrapidity (|y| < 0.9) in the transverse momentum ranges p T < 40 GeV/c for the J/ψ and 0.15 < p T < 10 GeV/c and |η| < 0.9 for the associated hadrons. The measurement is based on minimum bias and high multiplicity data samples corresponding to integrated luminosities of L int = 34 nb −1 and L int = 6.9 pb −1 , respectively. In addition, two more data samples are employed, requiring, on top of the minimum bias condition, a threshold on the tower energy of E = 4 and 9 GeV in the ALICE electromagnetic calorimeters, which correspond to integrated luminosities of L int = 0.9 pb −1 and L int = 8.4 pb −1 , respectively. The azimuthally integrated near and away side yields of associated charged hadrons per J/ψ trigger are presented as a function of the J/ψ and associated hadron transverse momentum. The measurements are discussed in comparison to PYTHIA calculations.

First Measurement of 𝐴 = 4 Hypernuclei and Antihypernuclei at the LHC

In this Letter, the first evidence of the $^4_{\bar{Λ}}$$\overline{He}$ antihypernucleus is presented, along with the first measurement at the LHC of the production of (anti)hypernuclei with mass number 𝐴 = 4, specifically (anti)⁢$^4_Λ$H and (anti)⁢$^4_Λ$He. In addition, the antiparticle-to-particle ratios for both hypernuclei ($^4_{\bar{Λ}}$$\bar{H}$⁡/$^4_Λ$H and $^4_{\bar{Λ}}$$\overline{He}$/$^4_Λ$He) are shown, which are sensitive to the baryochemical potential of the strongly interacting matter created in heavy-ion collisions. The results are obtained from a data sample of central Pb-Pb collisions, collected during the 2018 LHC data taking at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of $\sqrt{𝑠_{NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV. The yields measured for the average of the charge-conjugated states are found to be [0.78 ± 0.19⁢(stat) ± 0.17⁢(syst)] × 10 −6 for the (anti)⁢$^4_Λ$H and [1.08 ± 0.34⁢(stat)± 0.20⁢(syst)] × 10 −6 for the (anti)⁢$^4_Λ$He, and the measured antiparticle-to-particle ratios are in agreement with unity. The presence of (anti)⁢$^4_Λ$H and (anti)⁢$^4_Λ$He excited states is expected to strongly enhance the production yield of these hypernuclei. The yield values exhibit a combined deviation of 3.3⁢𝜎 from the theoretical ground-state-only expectation, while the inclusion of the excited states in the calculations leads to an agreement within 0.6⁢𝜎 with the present measurements. Additionally, the measured (anti)$^4_Λ$H and (anti)⁢$^4_Λ$He masses are compatible with the world-average values within the uncertainties.

Constraints on Dynamical Dark Energy from Multiple Probes in the Full Dark Energy Survey

We present results on dark energy evolution, assuming a time-dependent equation of state $w(a)=w_0+w_a(1-a)$, from growth and geometric probes using the full six-year Dark Energy Survey dataset: type Ia supernovae, baryon acoustic oscillations, and weak gravitational lensing and galaxy clustering (3$\times$2pt). The combination yields $w_0=-0.84^{+0.10}_{-0.10}$ and $w_a=-0.44^{+0.60}_{-0.55}$, the tightest constraints ever obtained from a single survey, with $2.2σ$ deviation from a cosmological constant. Adding the DESI DR2 BAO data yields $w_0=-0.84^{+0.06}_{-0.07}$ and $w_a=-0.53^{+0.33}_{-0.28}$, representing the most stringent low-redshift-only test of dynamical dark energy to date, with a $2.3σ$ deviation. In this combination, adding 3$\times$2pt doubles the constraining power. Finally, when combined with primary CMB information, we obtain $w_0=-0.82^{+0.05}_{-0.05}$, $w_a=-0.63^{+0.21}_{-0.18}$, with a $3.0σ$ deviation. We find that including 3$\times$2pt in the previously studied SN + DESI BAO + CMB combination leaves the significance essentially unchanged ($3.2 σ$ to $3.0σ$) while improving the figure of merit by $\sim$10%. We systematically investigate the impact of leaving out each one of the probes and find that the significance of the deviation from a cosmological constant ranges from 2.3 to 3.2$σ$, with best-fit parameters consistently in the region $w_0 >-1$ and $w_a <0$. Excluding SN from the all data combination yields a $2.6σ$ departure from $Λ$CDM, providing a cross-check independent of supernova photometric calibration. These results support the weak preference for evolving dark energy reported by several recent cosmological analyses. By combining growth and geometric probes from a single survey, this work realizes the multi-probe dark energy program envisioned at the inception of DES.
