Materials Data on MnNbAs by Materials Project
NbMnAs is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Nb is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Mn and four equivalent As atoms. All Nb–Mn bond lengths are 2.58 Å. All Nb–As bond lengths are 2.58 Å. Mn is bonded in a distorted q6 geometry to four equivalent Nb and six equivalent As atoms. All Mn–As bond lengths are 2.98 Å. As is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Nb and six equivalent Mn atoms.
