Ti3Au is Uranium Silicide structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ti is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent Au atoms. All Ti–Au bond lengths are 2.88 Å. Au is bonded to twelve equivalent Ti atoms to form a mixture of corner and face-sharing AuTi12 cuboctahedra.

Materials Data on TiAu4 by Materials Project

TiAu4 crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ti4+ is bonded to twelve equivalent Au1- atoms to form a mixture of edge and face-sharing TiAu12 cuboctahedra. There are eight shorter (2.87 Å) and four longer (2.94 Å) Ti–Au bond lengths. Au1- is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Ti4+ atoms.

Ti3Au crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3n space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ti is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Ti and four equivalent Au atoms. Both Ti–Ti bond lengths are 2.56 Å. All Ti–Au bond lengths are 2.86 Å. Au is bonded to twelve equivalent Ti atoms to form a mixture of edge and face-sharing AuTi12 cuboctahedra.

Materials Data on TiAu by Materials Project

TiAu is gamma CuTi structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/nmm space group. The structure is two-dimensional and consists of two TiAu sheets oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. Ti is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Au atoms. All Ti–Au bond lengths are 2.74 Å. Au is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ti atoms.

Au2Ti is Titanium Disilicide-like structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ti2+ is bonded in a distorted q6 geometry to ten equivalent Au1- atoms. There are eight shorter (2.83 Å) and two longer (2.89 Å) Ti–Au bond lengths. Au1- is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Ti2+ atoms.

Materials Data on TiAu3 by Materials Project

Au3Ti is alpha bismuth trifluoride structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ti3+ is bonded to twelve Au1- atoms to form TiAu12 cuboctahedra that share corners with four equivalent TiAu12 cuboctahedra, corners with eight equivalent AuTi4Au8 cuboctahedra, edges with eight equivalent TiAu12 cuboctahedra, faces with four equivalent TiAu12 cuboctahedra, and faces with six equivalent AuTi4Au8 cuboctahedra. There are eight shorter (2.88 Å) and four longer (3.00 Å) Ti–Au bond lengths. There are two inequivalent Au1- sites. In the first Au1- site, Au1- is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ti3+ and four equivalent Au1- atoms. All Au–Au bond lengths are 2.88 Å. In the second Au1- site, Au1- is bonded to four equivalent Ti3+ and eight equivalent Au1- atoms to form distorted AuTi4Au8 cuboctahedra that share corners with four equivalent AuTi4Au8 cuboctahedra, corners with eight equivalent TiAu12 cuboctahedra, edges with eight equivalent AuTi4Au8 cuboctahedra, faces with four equivalent AuTi4Au8 cuboctahedra, and faces with six equivalent TiAu12 cuboctahedra.

Materials Data on TiAu2 by Materials Project

Au2Ti is Cyanogen Chloride-derived structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mmm space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of two Au2Ti clusters. Ti2+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au1- atoms. Both Ti–Au bond lengths are 2.46 Å. Au1- is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Ti2+ atom.
