Materials Data on Be2CoAu by Materials Project
Be2CoAu crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Be2CoAu ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Be is bonded in a linear geometry to one Co and one Au atom. The Be–Co bond length is 2.13 Å. The Be–Au bond length is 2.23 Å. Co is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Be atoms. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Be atoms.
