Materials Data on TaCoSb by Materials Project

TaCoSb is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ta is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Co and six equivalent Sb atoms. All Ta–Co bond lengths are 2.58 Å. All Ta–Sb bond lengths are 2.98 Å. Co is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Ta and four equivalent Sb atoms. All Co–Sb bond lengths are 2.58 Å. Sb is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Ta and four equivalent Co atoms.
