Materials Data on Eu2PtAu by Materials Project
Eu2PtAu is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Eu is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Pt and four equivalent Au atoms. All Eu–Pt bond lengths are 3.20 Å. All Eu–Au bond lengths are 3.20 Å. Pt is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Eu atoms. Au is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Eu atoms.
