Midwest Regional Innovation Partnership
Our project team began this project (originally called the Midwest Regional Innovation Partnership, now the Heartland Climate Tech Partnership, referred to subsequently as “Heartland”) to strengthen the innovation ecosystem and increase the level of support for hardtech startups focused on energy. We are happy that working together across our complementary organizations, we have done just that. There is significantly more support programming, easy access to resources, and ecosystem connectivity in the Midwest region than before this effort began - connectivity that continues to grow beyond the period of performance of this grant.
