Materials Data on MnGaPt2 by Materials Project
Pt2MnGa is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Mn2+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Pt2- atoms. All Mn–Pt bond lengths are 2.70 Å. Pt2- is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Mn2+ and four equivalent Ga2+ atoms. All Pt–Ga bond lengths are 2.70 Å. Ga2+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Pt2- atoms.
